Using the given requirements I will produce two SQL scripts, one for initializing your Database with all tables and fields and another for wiping all data from the databases.

I can produce the scripts likely within an hour or so depending on what your requirements and tests that need to be performed.

You will be supplied both scripts immediately upon completion via a service of your choice [common file sharing, cloud or email platforms are preferred]
