About:

General information for the business: We buy and rent houses
Geographical areas: Halifax, UK
Data to include: Recording prices for houses for sale, and rent in specific areas of Halifax, West Yorkshire from city by city

There are 31 areas, which we require the following in a spreadsheet

- For 2 bedroom houses - price for each house for sale and a link to the house
- For 2 bedroom houses - monthly rental price for each house and a link to the house
- For 3 bedroom houses - price for each house for sale and a link to the house
- For 4 bedroom houses - monthly rental price for each house and a link to the house
Extra notes: Sample spreadsheet attached showing the structure of how we want the data. We expect 1 excel tab for each area / house type / sale type combination

The areas we require this data for are all in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Searches should be filtered to the number of bedrooms specified, the property type set to "House" and the search area set to "This area plus 1/2 mile". There is a screen shot attached showing the required search criteria for 2 bedroom houses in Southowram.
